Overview
Fitness is a popular or at least often considered Power Pool. Its abilities can be useful to any hero or villain. All these powers are automatic, providing their bonus at no cost to Endurance.
Powers
Swift
Increases running speed. There's a claim on the US boards that three-slotting both Swift and Quickness can make you run as fast as a one-slot Fly.
Hurdle
Increase jump height.
Health
Increase health regeneration.
Stamina
Increase Endurance recovery. This power is practically why people take the Fitness pool. Often the trade-off is between one power-pool and three power choices, or a slot in every power for Endurance use reduction, and careful toggle management or lots of Resting.
Enhancements: Endurance Modification (not Endurance Reduction!)
