Siphon Insight is a Accurate To-Hit Debuff enhancement set in the Invention System. It is available in the 30-50 level range.
There are six enhancements in this set:
- Siphon Insight: ToHit Debuff,
- Siphon Insight: Accuracy/ToHit Debuff,
- Siphon Insight: Accuracy/Recharge,
- Siphon Insight: ToHit Debuff/Endurance/Recharge,
- Siphon Insight: Accuracy/Endurance/Recharge, and
- Siphon Insight: Chance for +ToHit
.
Only one of each of these types of enhancements may be slotted per power.
The following set bonuses apply when slotting more than one of the enhancements in this set into a single power:
- Two enhancements improves your Movement by 4%.
- Three enhancements grants 2% debt protection.
- Four enhancements improves the Accuracy of all your powers by 9%.
- Five enhancements increases Smashing and Lethal Defense by 3.75%.
- Five enhancements increases Melee Defense by 1.875%.
- Six enhancements increases Area Effect Defense by 3.75%.
- Six enhancements increases Fire and Cold Defense by 1.875%.
