Overview
Hired in the last quarter of 2008.
On May 11, 2009, Moderator 08 was given a Red Name, TheOcho. He will still moderate the Official Forums under Moderator 08, but formal announcements and interaction with the community will be done under TheOcho. This is because TheOcho shows up in Community Digest, but Moderator 08 does not, so that thread-locks and other moderation activities do not flood the digest.
TheOcho does not have a special forum title, which the rest of the Red Names do.
