This is an enhancement in the Triumphant Insult set.

Proc: This enhancement has a chance of taking effect each time its power is used.

Effects

Adds a 10% chance to disorient your foe.

This proc appears to be broken

One person writes, "After having run through a mission (and killing everything) with this enhancement slotted in two of my Brute's attacks, and then after further testing with a half hour's worth of street sweeping, the disorient proc never once went off."

Another, "I had this slotted for a long time, and it never went off, either."

Recipe

This recipe cannot be bought from stores. It must be obtained by purchasing from a Reward Merit Vendor, an Alignment Merit Vendor, or an Incarnate Merit Vendor as an Invention Origin Enhancement Recipe, by completing a mission, from another player at the Auction House, or by trading. It is a rare drop.

This recipe may be sold to a store for 200 inf per level. However, other players may be willing to pay more for it through the Auction House.
