	Toxic Biohazard, once known as Matt Ryott, was a hustler by trade. After a hustle gone bad, with members of The Family, he was beaten to near death and dumped in a toxic waste container at a Crey facility. He managed to get out of the container barely alive and highly erradiated. He was soon after discovered by a homeless man who was about to take him to a near by hospital. But when the man touched him Matt drained the health from him, healing himself and killing the man. He almost felt bad about killing the man but was happy that it had healed him. He also discovered that the toxic radiation that his body put off wasn't hurting him anymore. In fact he could control it. So much so that he could focus it into powerful attacks. He also realized that he could drain strength, speed, health, and endurance from others. With his new found powers he doesn't hustle anymore. Now he just takes what he wants. Taking the name Toxic Biohazard, he left Matt Ryott dead in the container and set out to "thank" the Family (via destroying any he sees). After killing a Longbow mole in The Family ranks, he was captured by a group of super heroes and placed in The Zig. Only to be broken out by Arachnos and enlisted by Recluse to continue his villainy. Now his revenge list has gotten larger not only will he distroy the family, but also any Hero who desides to get in his way. To be continued...
