== Biography ==
Alexei Kalashkov was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, to an English mother and a 
Russian father during the closing days of the Cold War. When he was 5 years old, 
his parents were killed by gunmen in a terrorist attack. Alexei was always facinated 
in science, so the orphanage he was at enlisted him in the Junior Baltic Science Retreat,
a group that allowed teenagers to travel with other teens to learn science abroad. Alexei
was on a retreat with the JBSR to Chernobyl, Ukraine, when he got radiation infection from 
a pocket of uncontained radiation.

When he recovered, Alexei manifested electric powers...
