== Overview ==
At the launch of CoH, Dual- and Single-Origin [[Enhancements]] from the '''Power 10''' could be bought at earlier levels than Enhancements outside the set could. This disparity was first lessened by making non-Power 10 Enhancement types purchasable from [[Contacts]], then eliminated in [[Issue 6]] by doing away with the distinction and offering all Enhancement types for sale together.

However, some contacts still only sell "Power 10" enhancements until a character gains enough reputation with that particular contact.
