::This is incorrect. [[Seer Marino]] '''will''' introduce [[The Radio]] as a contact. I got the introduction from her (on 9/11/2011) on a Level 15 villain. After speaking to [[The Radio]], I was given "Steel Outbreak from Lost" as a L15 mission.

The radio's "Outbreak" and "Council Spy" story arcs will go '''at least''' as high as level 15 (as of 9/11/2011 on live).
