Black market dealers in Port Oakes are near the Arena, in the open. I think whatever dealer this text is referring to is removed or something, as I have never seen any dealer in Port Oakes until after issue 13. [[User:Forkyd|Forkyd]] 12:24, 29 December 2008 (UTC)
